<span class="equity">EQUITY</span> defended the interests of the owner of 'Furshet' supermarkets in a dispute with the creditor

On September21, 2016, EQUITY law company successfully defended the interests of LLC 'Frosby-M', the owner of the chain of 'Furshet' supermarkets, in the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine in a dispute with PJSC 'Zlatobank'. The subject matter of the court dispute was claims of the client to find obligations under the credit agreement discharged by setting-off homogeneous claims under the credit and deposit agreements. The total amount of claim was more than 2 million dollars.

Due to the well prepared and successfully realized legal position EQUITY lawyers succeeded in persuading the court that the client's claims were legally grounded, whereby creating a new legal practice in disputes regarding set-off of homogeneous claims under credit and deposit agreements.
