EQUITY supported the IV All-Ukrainian Conference on Criminal Law and Process

On November 10, 2017, the IV All-Ukrainian Conference on Criminal Law and Process, organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association, was held. We are proud that this year EQUITY has once again become a partner of this event.

During the last session of the second day, EQUITY partner Taras Poshyvaniuk shared his methods and remedies to be applied by the complainant's representative at the pre-trial investigation stage and during the trial.

Taras Poshyvaniuk emphasized that the guarantee of the proper claimant's representation is the participation of a professional attorney in the case. More information on the factors influencing such a conclusion can be found in the presentation.
