Legal High School held the second block of the White Collar Crime of the Criminal Practice School

On May 23 – 25 the second block of the White Collar Crime of the Criminal Practice School was held, dedicated to the system of "white" protection against criminal prosecution, tax evasion and false entrepreneurship, as well as criminal business practices.

EQUITY acts as the general partner of the Criminal Practice School and provides the School with interesting topics and unique practical knowledge, which are presented to the audience by company partners and representatives of the legal market.

The first day of the School was opened by Debate Hub: White Collar Crime, moderated by EQUITY partner Taras Poshyvanyuk. Representatives of various sphere of criminal practice: judges, prosecutors, lawyers discussed a number of important issues for the further development of the criminal and judicial system of the country. EQUITY partner Olexandr Lysak continued the education process and told the audience about the tactics of judicial protection if being charged with Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and gave practical advice on effective protection in fraud-related cases.

Vyacheslav Krahlevych opened the second day of the School. The lecturer commented on the peculiarities of the Mask Show Stop novels, and also identified the positive and negative aspects of the new draft Law on the National Bureau of Financial Security of Ukraine. At the beginning of the last day of the block the EQUITY partner, Yaroslav Zeikan conducted a master class on direct and cross interrogation follow-up, noting the various interrogation techniques and methods of their application
