Oleg Malinevskiy spoke out to the students of special course "Innovations in Commercial Process" by Legal High School

Oleg Malinevskiy, Partner at  EQUITY, has opened the training series of special course "Innovations in Commercial Process" by Legal High School.

During his speech, Oleg told the students about the personal jurisdiction and subject-matter jurisdiction, analysed the logic of its differentiation, and demonstrated an author's algorithm for determining jurisdiction.
