November 15-16, EQUITY together with the Department of Criminal Law of the Taras Shevchenko KNU held the Third All-Ukrainian Criminal Law Moot Court in honor of Professor Stanislav Yatsenko.

More than 30 teams from different parts of the country expressed their desire to take part in the Moot Court. According to the rules of the Moot Court and according to the results of the written decision, 12 teams from Lviv, Kyiv, Odesa and Kharkiv were selected and invited to oral selection rounds.

Partners Oleg Malinevskiy and Yaroslav Zeykan had the honor to give the last instruction to the participants before the start of the competition and to inspire the students to conquer new professional peaks!

On the first day of the competition, EQUITY attorneys Rodion Kokosh, Vitaliy Vadovskiy, Dmytro Bondarchuk, Bogdan Slobodian, as well as EQUITY partners Viacheslav Kraglevich and Oleksandr Lysak spoke as judges. As a result of the first selection rounds, 8 teams went to the next round.

On the second day, the EQUITY team was represented by attorneys Rodion Kokosh, Bogdan Slobodian, partners Oleksandr Lysak and Viacheslav Kraglevich who acted as judges. "We are pleased to see such a high level of knowledge and skills of the participating students and looking forward to the final," commented Rodion Kokosh.

Naturally, the semi-finals and the final turned out to be incredibly fierce. The teams approached that important stage very seriously and were perfectly well prepared for the closing argument. Therefore, after the lengthy closing argument in the final, the Odesa team won the victory.

Oleg Malinevskiy and Oleksandr Lysak personally congratulated the winners and presented to them books by O.Lysak and Y.Zeykan, as well as cash prizes from EQUITY.

Our thanks to all the judges for their fair justice, to all the participants coming from different parts of the country and representing with honor their universities, as well as to the Taras Shevchenko KNU for co-operation in organizing and holding the Third All-Ukrainian Criminal Law Moot Court in honor of professor Stanislav Yatsenko.
