EQUITY is a legal advisor of Ferrexpo AG, one of the largest iron ore pellet producers in Europe, in development of the superregional project to construct conveying pipes (pipes to transport mine rock under pressure) to connect extracting capacities in Poltava oblast’ with a collection point adjacent to the port in Odesa oblast’, as well as in the framework of the project to develop Bilanivskyi ore deposit, which is the largest in Ukraine and one of the largest in Europe.  

EQUITY lawyers advise the client in relation to legal matters of project development, risk assessment, land use as well as procurement of permits and approvals from state regulators and local governments.  

Also, EQUITY successfully represented interests of Bilanivskyi mining and processing plant in the Komsomolskyi municipal court of Poltava oblast’ in its dispute with the Kremenchuk district council. The subject matter of the court proceedings concerned an ordinance of the local self-government body prohibiting development of Bilanivskyi deposit of banded iron formation.
