In 2015, our client portfolio included several major pharmaceutical companies, including the Arterium Corporation, PJSC "Kyivmedpreparat", NGO "Farmatron", PJSC "Halychpharm", to whom we are still providing legal services for the protection of intellectual property rights, as well as services in the domain of corporate and tax law. In particular, in 2015 a team of lawyers led by a partner Oleg Malinevskiy represented the interests of the NGO "Farmatron" in three disputes with the pharmaceutical company "Darnitsa" on the protection of intellectual property rights. Also, EQUITY lawyers advised the Arterium Corporation in relation to inter-group transactions and tax optimization issues, for the total amount of about 250 million dollars.
