Defense Strategy and Tactics in Criminal Process

EQUITY partners -  Yaroslav Zeykan and Oleksandr Lysak - present to the bar community the teamwork of many years of experience in judicial protection of clients in the field of white collar crime - the book "Defense Strategy and Tactics in Criminal Process."

The book contains examples of real procedural documents of authorship of the EQUITY team and the strategy of the most  notorious court proceedings in recent years.

The presentation of the book took place on December 17, 2018. The general public will be able to see the publication in 2019.
