Opening and Closing Statements in Criminal Process

EQUITY partners Yaroslav Zeikan and Oleksandr Lysak present their new book titled Opening and Closing Statements in Criminal Process.

This book is a result of many years of hard work and experience of the partners. This practical guide includes present-day requirements to opening and closing statements pursuant to the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine, 2020. Based on modern achievements of legal science, it explains psychological aspects of presenting arguments in court. 

This book incorporates experience of foreign and Ukrainian attorneys and describes peculiarities of witnesses’ testimonies during the trial under current conditions.
