EQUITY defends successfully the interests of “RwSBank” in court

On April 13, 2016 EQUITY successfully defended the interests of JSC “Perekhidnyy Bank “RwS Bank” in Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeal in a dispute with JSC “Hotel and restaurant complex “Lybid”. The subject matter of the dispute was the fact of acceptance by and delivery to the transitional Bank of rights under the loan agreement of 12 million USD, entered into by JSC “Hotel and restaurant complex “Lybid” and JSC “Omega Bank”.

The Management of the hotel and restaurant complex applied to the court to recognize the act of acceptance and delivery as null void. EQUITY Lawyers representing the client in court, had proved unfounded the claims of the claimant, which was confirmed by the court, that ruled its decision in favor of JSC “Perekhidnyy Bank “RwS Bank”.
