EQUITY successfully defended NBU in a dispute with PJSC "Oschadbank"

On April 28, 2016, the Commercial Court of Kyiv upheld the position of the Corporate NPF of the National Bank of Ukraine, whose interests are represented byEQUITY lawyers, in a dispute with PJSC "Oschadbank" for the total amount of $ 55 million. The subhect matter of the dispute was the court holding of invalidity of a sale of bonds contract, made between the Fund and the PJSC "Oschadbank".

Legal support of  sad court proceedings is provided within the project for the return of illegally removed assets of the pension fund of the NBU for the total amount of about  UAH 700 million.

The project isbeing handled by a team of experts led by a partner Oleg Malinevskiy, with lawyers Dmitro Tylipskiy and Andriy Ivaniv involved.
