EQUITY team of associates won a case of the Agricultural Holding “Gavrylivski Kurchata”!

Nowadays, EQUITY team of associates, consisting of Viacheslav Krahlevych, Oleksandr Lysak, Taras Poshyvaniuk and Bohdan Slobodian, was victorious yet another time!

It is about the appeal against decisions on detention of suspects in criminal proceedings on the facts of violation of the environmental safety rules and creation of a criminal organization – the case of the Agricultural Holding “Gavrylivski Kurchata”. 

The company representatives joined the above mentioned case after Pechersk District Court of Kyiv applied measures of restraint in the form of custodial detention, including alternative option of posting security of exorbitant amounts totaling UAH 90 million, UAH 84 million and UAH 80 million, respectively, for the owners and officials of the Agricultural Holding “Gavrylivski Kurchata”.

On June 15, 2018, the Kyiv Court of Appeal revoked the above mentioned rulings and assigned all suspects a reasonable amount of security that had already been transfered to the court deposit account.
