EQUITY Defense Lawyers Protect Interests of Their Client at Higher Anti-Corruption Court

On December 19, 2020, the Appeal Chamber of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court passed a ruling denying the appeal of SAPO prosecutors to the ruling on return of the indictment to the prosecutor.

Such judgement is one of the first court decisions within the system of anti-corruption courts.
