Dmytro Tylipskyi participated in a discussion on the use of AI in legal practice

Dmytro Tylipskiy, counsel at EQUITY, took part in a discussion organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association on the use of AI in legal practice.

Together with the other participants, he discussed how to safely work with client data, where the line between the advantages and risks of model «hallucinations» lies, and how AI actually helps lawyers daily — from preparing documents to analyzing large amounts of information.

The topic of courts was also discussed: courts evaluate evidence, not the «opinion» of AI, so the responsibility always lies with the lawyer.

They also discussed the future, including how to keep up with technology and which implementations to prioritize.
