EQUITY will head the UCCA Committee on Litigation, ADR, and Bankruptcy

EQUITY has begun cooperating with the Ukrainian Corporate Counsels Association and will head the Litigation, ADR, and Bankruptcy Committee. 

EQUITY has extensive expertise in bankruptcy, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation, so this partnership opens up more opportunities to share practical experience and work with colleagues to develop modern approaches to resolving legal issues and improving judicial practice in Ukraine. 

The UCCA's goal is to consolidate the professional community of corporate lawyers, protect the rights and legitimate interests, participate in improving the regulatory and legal environment, develop effective dispute resolution mechanisms, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and practical experience among specialists. 

The association's members include not only corporate lawyers  but also professionals from related fields - government relations (GR), human resources (HR), compliance, taxation, education, science, and legal consulting.

By joining the Committee's activities , EQUITY aims to contribute to the development of legal practice in Ukraine, upload high standards for the legal profession, and enhance the effectiveness of the justice system through dialogue and professional cooperation.
