EQUITY announces promotion of 4 new partners to strengthen key practice areas!

EQUITY is pleased to announce the promotion of Oksana Varakina, Andrii Ivaniv, Dmytro Tylipskiy and Bohdan Slobodian to partner. 

This decision demonstrates our commitment to implementing our development strategy and investing in our people.

The new partners will strengthen key areas of practice and consolidate EQUITY's position in the market for complex litigation, bankruptcy, criminal law and investment support.

Oksana Varakina will strengthen cross-border litigation practice, with a focus on criminal proceedings involving foreign elements. She will continue to develop EQUITY's international branch.

Andrii Ivaniv will strengthen the firm's litigation practice and lead the development of investment protection and investor rights, establishing systematic approaches to business safeguarding. As part of our strategy to provide business services, Andrii is developing the Antitrust Law practice.

Dmytro Tylipskiy will continue to actively develop EQUITY's litigation and bankruptcy practice. He will also take on a leadership role in the strategically important area of asset tracing and recovery. 

Bogdan Slobodian will strengthen the White Collar Crime partnership by providing top-tier legal protection for businesses and top management in sensitive criminal cases.
