EQUITY advised on an investment deal to acquire a stake in a manufacturing company

EQUITY successfully advised on an investment transaction involving the acquisition of a stake in a well-known Ukrainian manufacturer  of high-quality natural pet food 

The EQUITYteam provided to the owners of corporate rights, ensuring full coordination throughout all stages of the transaction.

The company's lawyers were involved in the following:

• negotiating the terms of the share acquisition;
• preparing and agreeing upon documentation for subsequent investments in the company;
• developing the structure of the relationship between the investor and the sellers of the shares.

Thanks to the coordinated efforts of partner Andrii Ivaniv, counsel Maksym Halan, and senior associate Taras Shtokalo, the deal was successfully completed, taking into account the interests of all parties and the manufacturer 's long-term development strategy.

This project is yet another example of EQUITY's experience  in investment and M&A transactions with the manufacturing sector, one of the company's key areas of development.
