Oleh Malinevskyi, Managing Partner at EQUITY, is elected Co-Chairman of the Committee on Compensation for Business Losses Caused by Russian Aggression, established by the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.
The main objectives are:
- To develop and implement fair and effective compensation mechanisms for Ukrainian businesses affected by the war.
- To ensure effective cooperation between affected Ukrainian businesses and state, national and international institutions to ensure full compensation for war damage.
- To restore the operations of affected businesses so that they can once again become the driving force of the Ukrainian economy.
The Committee is co-chaired by leading experts and authorities on the business environment:
- Oleh Malinevskyi, Managing Partner of EQUITY Law Firm.
- Serhiy Taruta, co-founder of the Industrial Union of Donbas Corporation.
- Ihor Skira, owner of Kyiv Machine Building Plant LLC.
The newly created committee is an effective tool to protect the interests of businesses affected by the war. Faced with billions of dollars in losses, we are focused on developing effective compensation mechanisms so that every entrepreneur and employer has a real chance of receiving compensation.
