EQUITY lawyers appealed to the investigator for permission to move within the region

EQUITY's lawyers applied for permission for Igor Mazepa to move within the region.

According to the court ruling of January 23, Igor Mazepa is forced to stay within the boundaries of the certain settlement where he lives (Kyiv region).

Unfortunately, this restriction formally prevents the client from conducting full business activities, getting to work in Kyiv, and being fully involved in the protection of his rights. In addition, he is unable to communicate with and take care of his elderly mother, who lives in another village in the region.

As of now, no response has been received from the investigator. We will keep you informed.
