Based on EQUITY's complaint, the Business Ombudsman Council will investigate the existence and significance of procedural violations in the case of Igor Mazepa
After accepting EQUITY's complaints, the Business Ombudsman Council sent a submission to the Investment Protection Department of the Prosecutor General's Office to urgently include the case of Igor Mazepa in the agenda of a working meeting scheduled for January 31, 2024.
The meeting will allow the Prosecutor's Office to further focus on the violations and their significance that occurred during the detention of Ihor Mazepa, searches and the merits of the proceedings.
As a reminder, the Business Ombudsman Council protects business on an advisory basis and is a party to the Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.
