Pitfalls of New Judicial System

According to EQUITY Associate Ihor Konopka, the law "On Judicial System and Status of Judges"  is not laying the cornerstone of the "new" judicial system, but rather its pitfalls." More one can read in the lawyer's comments for the publication "Ukrainskij jurist".
