New philosophy of making justice, work in court and new formats of communication of attorneys with judges

2018 became oversaturated for all court lawyers, as a fully-fledged Supreme Court, which was very active in the performance of its duties, became fully operational. All participants of the process had to simultaneously get used to working under new procedural codes.

YURLIGA decided to discuss the interim results of the reform and subjective feelings from work in court during 2018 with EQUITY partner Oleg Malinevskiy, a proceduralist, who is one of the most well-known in the professional community. Oleg belongs to the cohort of lawyers who actively participate in the life of legal associations and advocate the professional communication of attorneys and judges on neutral venues outside of the process.
