Oleh Malinevskyi and Dmytro Tylipskiy analysed in detail the consequences of russian military aggression for the banking sector of Ukraine for the "TOP-50 Leading Law Firms of Ukraine 2025" by the publisher Yurydychna Praktyka.

"The devastating impact of russia's aggression on the banking sector has made bankruptcy procedures effectively removed from any judicial control. However, a recent ruling by the Supreme Court brings optimism in finding opportunities to restore the balance between the interests of owners, creditors and the state. The ruling also opens possibilities to address war-related damage, which is the root cause of the financial problems faced by affected banks."
