Superlitigation: how to choose a practice and start building a career

Andrii Ivaniv, EQUITY's counsel, met with the students and told them how a future lawyer should start his or her career in the legal field, how to choose a practice area, and shared his own unique experience from his student years

Supporting young generation is an important aspect of our activities, and in difficult times it becomes even more important for us and for the students themselves. That is why we believe it is necessary to support such initiatives of future Ukrainian lawyers so that they have sufficient opportunities for professional and personal development, fostering discipline, professionalism and a sense of responsibility.

We have highlighted the main points from Andriy's story:

• Each practice has its own character, which should correspond to the character of the person;
• In order to choose a practice, you need to delve into each of them, constantly research and try new things;
• The basic trait we look for in a potential superlative is a desire to learn;
• There is no competition between us, lawyers, there is a desire to deliver results and help the client;
