Hlib Tymofiyuk is an attorney with extensive experience in litigation, bankruptcy and commercial dispute resolution in the banking and finance sectors. His specialisation includes comprehensive support of complex cases related to investment protection, real estate management, and representation of creditors and debtors in banking disputes.

Hlib has successfully provided full legal support and defended the interests of EQUITY clients in courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court. His cases include the realisation of claims of large banks such as PJSC Delta Bank, PJSC Omega Bank and PJSC Avant-Bank, as well as participation in bankruptcy and out-of-court debt settlement processes.
