Criminal Cassation Court upheld the acquittal of the client in the case EQUITY had been working on for 11 years!

On June 08, 2022 Criminal Cassation Court finished the case of EQUITY’s client that was charged with abuse of power (part 2, article 364 of CCU) and forgery (part 2, article 366 of CCU). On November 16, 2020 the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv acquitted EQUITY's client on all charges. Criminal Cassation Court upheld the acquittal while the prosecutor's appeal was denied.

Our client has been waiting for 11 years to get such court decision.
