The acquittal of EQUITY's client has come into effect!

On August 2 a judicial panel of Chamber of the court on consideration of criminal cases of Kyiv Court of Appeal upheld the acquittal of the Darnytskyi District Court of Kyiv from 17/12/2020  according to which our client was acquitted of a corruption crime stipulated by part 2 of article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine due to the absence of corpus delicti.

Let us remind you that our client was accused of a corruption crime stipulated by part 2 of article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The prosecution alleged that the state registrar, abusing his powers, had illegally registered the property of the Kyiv City State Administration in the name of a legal entity.
