EQUITY Lawyers Protect Interests of Ex-Chief of the State Property Fund in the City of Kyiv in a Court of First Instance
EQUITY lawyers have protected interests of an ex-chief of the State Property Fund in the city of Kyiv in a court of first instance.
A team of EQUITY lawyers has protected its client in a criminal proceeding on charges of committing a crime specified by Part 2, Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of power or office).
On October 18, the Shvchenkyvskyi District Court of the City of Kyiv passed a ruling dismissing the proceeding on the ground of Para. 10 of Part 1 of Article 284 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, since the court received an indictment beyond the pre-trial investigation.
