EQUITY became the General Partner of the 12th Kyiv Criminal Law Forum!

Taras Poshyvanyuk, partner at EQUITY, Chairman of the UAA Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure, made a welcoming speech at the opening of the event.

Olexandr Lysak, Partner of EQUITY, spoke during the first session "Changes in criminal law and procedure due to martial law" and focused on the issue of business protection under martial law;

Dmytro Bondarchuk, senior Associate at EQUITY, took part in the III session "Responsibility for Collaboration Activities".

Dmytro focused on the legislative regulation of collaboration activities, types of liability for collaboration activities and peculiarities of liability of legal entities for such actions.
