EQUITY supported the premier Anti-Corruption Forum of the UAA!

On April 27, EQUITY criminal defence attorneys Oleksandr Lysak and Rodion Kokosh shared their experience with the participants of the premiere UAA’s 2023 ANTI-CORRUPTION FORUM.

• I Session of the Forum was devoted to the topic "Criminal Law and Procedure: Changes and Forecasts". It was attended by EQUITY partner Oleksandr Lysak. Oleksandr spoke about the most relevant court cases in his opinion and the problems that an attorney-at-law faces when working on such cases.
• Counsel of Criminal Practice at EQUITY Rodion Kokosh joined the II Session "Pre-trial investigation of anti-corruption proceedings". The counsel focused on the peculiarities of working with clients who are on the international wanted list, and also revealed the levers of influence that can be used by the defense.
