Ganna Yudkivska, a partner at EQUITY, led a workshop on international mechanisms for protecting the right to liberty

With twelve years’ experience in Strasbourg and four in the UN Working Group, Ganna Yudkivska, a partner at EQUITY, spoke about real-life cases where international mechanisms restored people’s freedom, how to draft complaints so they stand a chance, and where the line lies between strategic legal defence and wasted client time.

The workshop was practical, informative, and featured a high level of expert discussion.
