EQUITY has become a partner of the 4th Anti-Corruption Forum of Ukraine

Rodion Kokosh, сounsel at EQUITY, spoke on a panel discussion on the topic: ‘Damages in corruption offences: criteria for determining them’.

In his presentation, the speaker cited real-life case studies. Using specific examples, Rodion Kokosh demonstrated how the EQUITY team handles procurement cases: verifying every source of investigative expertise, establishing the actual market price at the time of the transaction, and proving that “damages” often exist only on paper.

The closed cases referred to by the speaker confirm that effective defence begins with a methodical examination of every source and every paragraph of the investigation’s expert report.
