Today EQUITY was honored to be the general partner of VII UNBA Winter Forum on Criminal Law and Process!

EQUITY has already displayed a keen interest in the criminal sector this year - thus, the teamwork in this area was conferred a reward "Law Firm in 2017 in the sphere of business protection", that's why the opportunity to bring together a wide range of practicing lawyers to discuss the pressing trends and future challenges of the practice under the auspices of the Ukrainian National Bar Association (UNBA) has become a very valuable proposal for us.

Today, Taras Poshyvaniuk, a partner and co-director of the practice of criminal law at EQUITY, was able to demonstrate not only his professional skills but also his oratorical skills and coordinate the work of the first session of the event, which, according to the rules, sets the tone for all further discussions.
