EQUITY has supported the meeting of the Committee of Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA)

EQUITY was the partner of the meeting "Application of the Law "Mask Show Stop" of the Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law Committee of Ukrainian Bar Association, which was held on May 16, 2018. 

The event was devoted to discussion of the novels of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, amended on the basis of the Law "Mask Show Stop" and Lozovyi's amendments and the actual practice of their application.

EQUITY partner Taras Poshyvanyuk acted as a moderator of the meeting and, basing his report on his own practice, spoke about the search process and advised on the application of the law to prevent the seizure of property.

Representatives of the judiciary, other attorneys and partners from top law firms, who offered their own interpretation of this law, joined the discussion of the aforesaid issues.
