EQUITY partner spoke at VІІІ Western-Ukrainian Legal Forum by UBA

Taras Poshyvanyuk, EQUITY partner, took part in discussion of innovations regarding procedural codes at VІІІ Western-Ukrainian Legal Forum by UBA.

During the report, the partner told about  legal community expectations from the adoption of the Law “Stop Mask Show” and the actual state of things regarding its application.

Moreover, using his own practice as the example, he analyzed key provisions of this Law and proposed an action plan algorithm for the defence regarding certain investigative and procedural actions.
