EQUITY partner spoke at the Legal High School about liability of investigators and prosecutors

Taras Poshyvanуuk, an EQUITY partner, addressed the students of the School of Criminal Practice with a lecture on liability of investigators and prosecutors under the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

He highlighted the real and the political aspects of the work of the authorities and demonstrated practical cases. Taras analyzed criminal, disciplinary and material liability of investigators and prosecutors and showed statistics of now open criminal proceedings and punishments.
