On 09.07.2019, Malynovsky District Court of Odessa City finalized the verdict, which fully acquitted the Odessa City Mayor – G.L. Truhanov, his deputy – P.V. Vugelman, chairman of the commission on municipal property - V.V. Shkryabay and other officials of the Odessa City Council in committing the crime under part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine!
