EQUITY Contributes to Successful Competitions to Grant Concessions to Olvia and Kherson Sea Ports

Successful concession competitions will attract multi-million foreign direct investments into development of Olvia and Kherson sea ports. This will enable to increase competitiveness of the ports, renew and build up their infrastructure as well as improve quality of stevedoring services.

A significant contribution into this success was made by the EQUITY  team who performed legal due diligence of the tender documentation within concession projects at Olvia and Kherson sea ports to determine their consistence with competition and anti-trust legislation of Ukraine.

EQUITY  team made up of counsel Yevhen Filonenko, attorneys Myroslav Horoshko and Yuriy Sushchenko, as well as a junior attorney Taras Psrystai worked in the project under the supervision of partner Andriy Nikitin.
