EQUITY Counsel Hold Webinar for Liga.Zakon and Introduced Major Alterations on Criminal Procedure Code for Businesses
The Verkhovna Rada of 9th convocation appeared to be very active in the last 6 months, having adopted many business-influencing laws.
On March 24, 2020, EQUITY counsel Bohdan Slobodian held a webinar for Liga.Zakon to introduce the main laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine which influence businesses.
Bohdan analyzed different instrument of pressure on businesses and problems of the aforementioned innovations, explained usage of pre-trial investigation materials in tax disputes and cited statistics enabling to compare positive and negative aspects of the newly-adopted laws.
