Long-Expected 3rd Judicial Forum in New WERBFORUM Format is Over
The three-day intensive – the 3rd Judicial Forum of the Ukrainian Bar Association – is over!
The forum was out-of-the-box in everything, though acuteness of the raised issues, quality of information and status of speakers remained traditionally high. The event was attended online by leading speakers, particularly judges, ministry officials, chairs of parliamentary committees, leading advocates of the country.
EQUITY joined the event as its General Partner and participant of the forum session.
Oleh Malinevskyi moderated the discussion “Judicial Reform. Version 2.0.2.0.”
Viacheslav Krahlevych presented the speaker in the session “Procedural Life Hacks: From Problems to Opportunities.”
Taras Poshyvaniuk joined the boutique-conference “Litigation with Criminal Element” on the topic “Pre-Judicial Instrument: Mutual Influence of Decisions in Criminal and Private Judiciary”.
The discussion turned out to be independent and open without any impartialities and taboo.
