EQUITY participated in the discussion on business protection

As part of the ongoing initiative of the Office of the Prosecutor General, a meeting was held between the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office and business representatives.

Andrii Ivaniv participated in the event, where he and other participants explored the potential challenges faced by businesses and the significance of effective communication between businesses and law enforcement agencies.

Kyiv City Prosecutor Serhii Khodakivskyi introduced Arseniev Danilo, Head of the National Police of Ukraine's law enforcement supervision department, to the business community. Danilo will be responsible for liaising with entrepreneurs. The meeting also addressed two key issues: the representation of bona fide purchasers in legal cases and the resolution of land disputes.

EQUITY will continue to play an active role in the dialogue between businesses and government authorities, upholding the principles of transparency and protection of entrepreneurs' rights.
