EQUITY provided legal support for the acquisition of shares in PrJSC «Khmelpyvo» and obtaining permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for concentration

EQUITY acted as a legal counsel to «Kostopil Glassware Plant» LLC in the transaction on acquisition of a majority stake in PrJSC «Khmelpyvo».

Within the framework of the project, EQUITY team provided comprehensive legal support, including obtaining a merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, conducting risk analysis, and advising on the transaction structuring.

EQUITY team working on the project was led by partner Serhiy Chuyev: Andrii Ivaniv, Maksym Halan, Taras Shtokalo and Vladyslava Oholenko.

EQUITY has extensive experience in supporting complex M&A transactions, including full legal due diligence of the asset, risk assessment, preparation of documentation, and also provides representation in relations with the AMCU.
