EQUITY defended the interests of an agro-industrial company in the Supreme Court in a UAH 1 billion dispute

EQUITY attorneys successfully defended the interests of a large agro-industrial company in a UAH 1 billion dispute with a leading Ukrainian bank.

At the end of July, the Commercial Cassation Court Within the Supreme Court issued a final decision confirming the legality of the client's acquisition of an integral property complex for processing agricultural products, the value of which, according to the plaintiff, was over UAH 1 billion.

The courts of three instances dismissed the claims for invalidation of the auction results and transactions, leaving the property in the ownership of EQUITY client.

Thanks to the professionalism and coordinated work of EQUITY attorneys, the client's rights and interests were fully protected, and the key asset and the investment made were preserved and are working for the Ukrainian economy.
