Oleh Malinevskyi, managing partner at EQUITY, is nominated for the «Ukraine Litigator of the Year» by Benchmark Litigation 2025.

Benchmark Litigation is an international rating organization that conducts comprehensive research on the litigation market and identifies leaders among law firms and lawyers. Its assessments are based on in-depth interviews with practicing lawyers and their clients, as well as detailed analyses of significant court cases.
