Oleg Malinevskyi is re-elected as vice president of the Ukraininan Advocates' Association

The EQUITY team participated in the XII Congress of the UAA, an important event that will determine the future direction of the Association.

Oleh Malinevskyі was re-elected Vice President of the Ukraininan Advocates' Association during the XII Congress of the UAA.

Andriy Nikitin, partner at EQUITY, Chairman of the UAA Committee on Corporate Law and M&A and Andriy Ivaniv, Counsel at EQUITY, Chairman of the UAA Committee on Asset Protection and Investor Rights participated in the congress, elections to the UAA's governing bodies, and adoption of important decisions for the association's future activities.

EQUITY as the General Partner of the Association, continues to contribute to the strengthening of the legal profession and the development of key areas of the association's activities.
