Partner at EQUITY took part in the traditional Y.L. Bronz Forum on Criminal Law and Procedure

Olexandr Lysak, Partner at EQUITY, took part in the traditional Y.L. Bronz Forum on Criminal Law and Procedure.

The partner joined the first session of the forum with the topic ‘Recent trends in defence in WCC cases: the view of a lawyer’.

Together with the participants, they discussed problematic aspects and trends in the White Collar Crime market. The experts also considered the issue of assessing the admissibility of evidence obtained as a result of conducting covert investigative (search) actions, certain issues of assessing evidence according to the admissibility criterion in criminal proceedings in the practice of the Supreme Court.

We thank the National Bar Association of Ukraine for organising the event for discussion, which is becoming a driver of changes in the practice of criminal law and procedure, and all participants for the rich discussion!
