Partner and Counsel at EQUITY acted as experts in the trial in the Courtroom of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv

The development of legal expertise is a continuous process, and at EQUITY, this evolution is closely intertwined with the advancement of the field.
At the Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, a mock trial was conducted in a courtroom established with the assistance of EQUITY. Master's students were afforded a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the real dynamics of legal proceedings.
The event was overseen by EQUITY Partner Vyacheslav Krahlevych and EQUITY Counsel Bohdan Slobodian, who provided expert guidance and constructive feedback. This event constituted more than mere training; it provided a valuable opportunity to refine legal argumentation and advocacy skills in an authentic courtroom setting, where every argument carries weight.

Such collaboration between seasoned legal professionals and students is conducive to the development of the next generation of lawyers, the strengthening of the legal community, and the advancement of legal culture. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Associate Professor of the Department of Justice Dmytro Kukhniuk for his invaluable efforts in organising and inviting us to this initiative.
