EQUITY Partner Andriy Nikitin was elected as the Chairman of the UAA Committee on Corporate Law and M&A!

Andriy Nikitin, Partner at EQUITY, was elected as the Chairman of the Corporate Law and M&A Committee of the Ukrainian Advocates' Association.

There are ambitious challenges ahead, interesting initiatives and active work on topical issues of corporate relations, in particular, mechanisms for protection of shareholders' rights, transparency of M&A transactions and liability of company managers.

Other priorities include the discussion of the challenges associated with martial law, the adaptation of European practices and their implementation in Ukrainian legislation. We invite our colleagues to cooperation, exchange of experience and joint development of corporate law in Ukraine!
