EQUITY lawyers appealed against the decision to impose a preventive measure on Igor Mazepa

EQUITY's attorneys filed an appeal against the ruling of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv dated January 19, 2024 in the interests of the company's client, Igor Mazepa.

As a reminder, on Friday, the court imposed on Igor Mazepa a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention with the right to be released on bail in the amount of UAH 349 million.

This appeal will be supplemented after receiving the full text of the court of first instance ruling.
