Andrii Ivaniv held a workshop for students as part of the Legal Career Day

Andrii Ivaniv, Counsel at EQUITY, talked with students at the Legal Career Day at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv on the topic "Superlitigation: how to choose a practice and start building a career".

The Counsel shared his unique experience and gave a lot of advice to the students to make it easier for them to start building their legal career and choose their future practice. The participants asked a lot of questions, which proved that the meeting was interesting and useful.

The main points from Andriy's presentation:

• Each practice has its own character, which should correspond to the character of the person;
• If you want to choose a practice for yourself, try to understand each of them;
• The basic trait we look for in a potential superlative is a desire to learn;
• There is no competition between us, lawyers, there is a desire to deliver results and help the client;
• Self-development is a major part of professional development.
